My coaching approach is valued based. We work to identify your underlying values, as a means of working out together what is most important to you. From here, we can find powerful acceptance, forgiveness, decision and the impetus for meaningful change.

Working out what really matters to you, in your heart and soul, can help us establish the reasons for patterns of behaviour and feelings. With almost 30 years’ experience in coaching, mentoring and counselling, I am passionate about the potential of values-based analysis and coaching to make life-changing decisions about what is truly important to you. Life is simply too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. Finding the things that ignite your soul or make your heart feel at peace are vital for a meaningful and happy life. Learning not to deny any feelings, but to accept them and not let them hold you back is at the core of my coaching approach. Let me help you learn and develop better ways to handle the challenges that are standing in your way.

How do the coaching sessions work?

Our coaching relationship 

We will have an initial (free) 20 minute consultation, to get to know each other and see if there is a good fit. After this, each coaching session is 45 minutes long, with emailed notes sent after each session summarising our discussion and Amy agree actions. Coaching sessions may be booked on an ad-hoc basis (£40 per session) or in blocks (3 x sessions @ £35 per session, or 6 x sessions @ £30 per session). Frequency of sessions is bespoke and something we agree between us, depending on what you are looking to achieve. My suggestion would be once a week initially, moving to once a month over a longer period.
